Our client is an established manufacturing company specializing in industrial coatings and surface treatment solutions for industrial and construction applications. The company has a stable workforce in Malaysia and maintains close collaboration with regional and China-based stakeholders.
We are seeking a mature and independent Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration. This role requires strong hands‑on HR expertise, compliance knowledge, and the ability to liaise effectively with regional stakeholders to support business operations.
Human Resources (Core Functions)
Manage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and offboarding
Oversee daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records with strict confidentiality
Handle employee relations & engagement, working closely with senior management to resolve issues pragmatically
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, government statutory requirements, and internal policies
Manage HR policies, employee handbook, external audits, and statutory reporting
Coordinate training & development, including HRD Corp grant application, levy submission, and claims
Manage insurance renewals (GPA, GHS, Life Insurance) and arrange employee health screenings
Immigration & Statutory Coordination
Manage work permit, permanent resident application and renewal processes
Handle related government statutory matters (PCB and other relevant submissions)
Administration & Office Management
Issue internal memos, gazetted public holiday notices, and internal communications
Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and office supplies
Support ad‑hoc assignments as required by management
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8–10 years of HR & office administration experience in organizations with 60+ employees
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory regulations
Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin, as the role requires regular liaison with China‑based stakeholders
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Mature, reliable, and highly discreet in handling sensitive matters
