We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our fast-paced and growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic and motivated professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to contribute to both administrative and human resources functions.
As the HR & Admin Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations and play a key role in supporting internal teams and management. You will also assist in building a positive workplace culture while ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including office supplies, facilities, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and travel arrangements.
- Handle internal and external correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with attention to confidentiality and organization.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office environment and identify opportunities to optimize workflows.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in policy implementation, compliance monitoring, and performance management support.
- Help execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact between HR and employees, providing general administrative and HR support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a fast‑paced or startup environment.
- Well-versed in using office tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and HR platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and cultures.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and initiative.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to support cross‑functional collaboration across regional teams.
- Experience in Fintech Industry is an advantage.
