A leading manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking an HR Officer to assist the HR & Admin Manager with a full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. Responsibilities include collaborating with local universities, overseeing policies, and managing licenses and government processes. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Mandarin and the ability to work independently are advantageous. To assist HR & Admin Manager in full spectrum of HR function.
Responsible for working with local universities and participating in job fairs.
Responsible for developing and implementing policies, and for streamlining processes.
Responsible for developing and maintaining the skill matrix for the operator.
Must be knowledgeable about government processes and familiar with related procedures such as MIDA, EPPAX, EXPATNOVA etc.
To assist HR & Admin Manager in full spectrum of Administrative function.
Responsible in renewing the company license, Vehicle insurance & road tax, JKKP, Bomba Certificate etc.
Person in charge for SOCSO claim.
Other duties assigned by HOD.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing Industry or related field.
Ability to work independently and committed to delivery on time.
2 HRA Officers are assigned to support this role.
