Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for in-house and outsourced employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and employee records.
  • Support annual appraisals, compensation reviews, and salary adjustments.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting to interview arrangements.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews.
  • Handle foreign worker management, including quota applications, permit renewals, and immigration documentation.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage FOMEMA processes, housing permit applications, and worker transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate and track employee training programs and HRDF claims.
  • Oversee office supply procurement and support company events.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive to manage HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and foreign worker administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for in-house and outsourced employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and employee records.
  • Support annual appraisals, compensation reviews, and salary adjustments.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting to interview arrangements.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews.
  • Handle foreign worker management, including quota applications, permit renewals, and immigration documentation.
  • Liaise with government agencies (JTK, KDN, KSM, JIM) to ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage FOMEMA processes, housing permit applications, and worker transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate and track employee training programs and HRDF claims.
  • Oversee office supply procurement and support company events (festive celebrations, dinners, team-building, etc.).
