Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in GRC / Risk / Audit.
• Managerial experience (2–4 years).
• Strong background in risk management (operational or project).
• Experience with ERM / BCM frameworks.
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or similar sectors preferred.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and present at Board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERM and BCM frameworks development and implementation.
• Identify, assess, and manage operational and project risks.
• Support risk evaluation across infrastructure / energy projects.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and Board.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen internal controls.
