About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative, quality-driven Senior Graphic Designer with 4–6 years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering compelling designs that elevate our brand and resonate with global audiences. The designer must master visual storytelling and understand how design supports brand consistency, performance goals, and market engagement—focusing on printed materials, social media visuals, campaign materials, and digital design.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Quality Visual Creation & Branding: Produce visually stunning, concept-driven artwork for digital and offline usage aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals. Create core Key Visuals (KVs) and lead adaptations for web, social media, print, and OOH campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Design Execution: Collaborate closely with brand, event, performance marketing, and social media teams to design materials meeting specific marketing objectives. Deliver artwork for a wide variety of needs, including branding and corporate identity visuals, printed materials (brochure, leaflet, merchandise), and social media and influencer content.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing designs align with brand guidelines, delivering a cohesive and recognizable identity across global and regional touchpoints. Develop core KVs and design templates to guide local designers and review local team artworks to uphold quality and adherence to global brand standards.
- Quality Control & Feedback Integration: Maintain strict quality standards and design discipline—ensuring every piece is on-brand, on-brief, and publishable. Actively seek and incorporate team feedback, manage multiple design requests, organize files logically, and deliver assets on time.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of graphic design experience with strong exposure to fintech, brokerage, or financial services industries.
- Proven portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, ad visuals, social media content, and event materials.
- Excellent visual aesthetics and creative ideation with the ability to benchmark against top fintech brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) for interpreting design briefs and regional references.
- Software & Tool Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma or Sketch for collaborative UI work, and Canva for quick content turnarounds or template-based social content.
