A leading property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative Graphic Designer or Multimedia Production professional. The role involves developing high-quality marketing materials, creating engaging digital content, and producing promotional videos. Candidates should have a degree in graphic design and 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, along with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, buntings, posters, billboards, corporate profiles and sales gallery visuals.
Ensure all creative output aligns with Genting Property’s brand standards, project identity and marketing objectives.
Refine and further develop ideas or concepts already created by external agencies to ensure continuity and brand consistency.
Support all Genting Property projects including Genting Indahpura, Genting Pura Kencana, Genting Industrial City and future developments.
Create engaging digital assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Display and other digital channels.
Produce graphics for eDMs, WhatsApp blasts, landing pages and website visuals, ensuring consistent tone and presentation across platforms.
Generate trendy based content efficiently to enhance reach and engagement across digital platforms
Produce and edit short-form video content including reels, highlights, event recaps and promotional clips.
Apply motion graphics, transitions, captions and sound design to elevate video quality and storytelling.
Ensure all video content meets platform requirements and supports campaign objectives.
Maintain strong brand consistency across all creative touchpoints and ensure adherence to established guidelines
Participate in conceptual discussions for new campaigns, property launches and branding initiatives.
Advise Marketing and Sales teams on design best practices and creative improvements.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts generate quality leads for sales conversion.
Develop tools and content (e.g., brochures, videos, advertisements) to support sales activities and enhance client engagement.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to continuously improve lead generation.
Work closely with Sales, Project Teams and Management to deliver accurate, timely and impactful creative materials.
Collaborate with external agencies for major campaigns, thematic directions and new project launches while managing smaller and day-to-day creative tasks internally.
Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines for launches, events and strategic initiatives.
Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining high production quality
Provide revisions and adaptations promptly to support urgent marketing or management needs.
Maintain organised design files, asset libraries and project archives for internal use.
Undertake any other tasks or projects that may be assigned by the management from time to time, as necessary, to support the overall business objectives.
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as the business evolves and new opportunities arise.
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related fields
A minimum of 4–7 years of experience in graphic design or multimedia production, preferably within property development, advertising or creative agencies.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Demonstrated ability to produce both static and motion content for digital platforms.
Strong understanding of branding, layout design, colour theory and visual communication.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Creative problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail
Willingness to work on-site, attend events and travel between project locations when required.
Able to travel between projects as and when required (10-20%).
