Job description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance backend systems using Golang.

Architect and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure strong data integrity and operational efficiency.

Build, implement, and manage RESTful APIs that integrate seamlessly with frontend applications and third-party services.

Drive the development of microservice architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Promote coding excellence by delivering clean, efficient, and well-documented code, backed by thorough test coverage.

Introduce AI tools or automation workflows to improve development efficiency and testing processes.

Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and actively contribute to lifting the overall engineering capability.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA teams, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.

Lead discussions on system architecture, support solution design, and resolve complex technical challenges.

Maintain technical documentation and help uphold the team’s engineering standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands‑on backend development experience, with strong proficiency in Golang.

Deep knowledge of RESTful API design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.

Proficiency in both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows and source control tools (e.g., Git, GitLab CI).

Familiarity with event‑driven architectures and message queue technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.

Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required for daily collaboration on Mandarin‑language technical materials and teamwork.
