Job summary

A prominent property development firm in Johor is seeking a dynamic General Manager, Finance, to oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting for various projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in finance within the property development industry, with a strong background in Public Listed Companies. A degree in Accounting and relevant certifications are also required. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from RM20,000 to RM28,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience in Finance in the property development industry.
• Experience working for a Public Listed Company is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial and management reports.
• Oversee cash flow monitoring and treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax policies and statutory requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage project budgeting activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies.
