Qualifications

• Familiarity with network protocols and hardware from Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily global IT infrastructure operations, supporting the global team.
• Maintain and operate global IT infrastructure including Cisco and VMware tools.
• Manage global IT service management and incident management systems.
