• Strong expertise in sea/air freight and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on team development.

Responsabilités

• Daily Operations: Improve internal workflows, track KPIs, and manage day-to-day business processes.
• Logistics: Coordinate all international shipping arrangements (imports and exports).
• Freight: Liaise directly with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance.
• Negotiate prices: Negotiate transportation and freight prices.
• Communicate: Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Solve problems: Solve shipping issues and discrepancies.
• Inventory: Monitor stock levels of inks and components to prevent shortages.
• Leadership: Supervise warehouse and operations staff to streamline daily fulfillment.
