Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant and Delivery Lead to drive banking data governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise data transformation programs for major financial clients.

You will lead executive engagements, define CDEs, establish data governance operating models, glossaries and data quality metrics, and oversee delivery across functional streams with collaboration with architects and engineering leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Banking Transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Collibra, Purview, Alation, Informatica; CDMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications.

Responsibilities

• Executive Engagement & Workshop Leadership: Design and facilitate workshops with banking executives.
• Target Operating Model & Business Governance: Define enterprise Data Governance Target Operating Models; Establish Business Glossaries and data policies; Establish Data Quality metrics and remediation processes.
• Program Delivery Leadership & Oversight: Lead functional delivery streams; Partner with Technical Architects and Engineering Leads; Oversee UAT and executive sign-offs.

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Senior Functional Consultant and Delivery Lead at NTT DATA, you will serve as the primary client-facing engagement lead for banking data governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise data transformation programs.
