Job summary

Luxoft Malaysia is seeking an experienced software engineer to contribute to the Next-Generation Infotainment System project for a German premium carmaker. You will design and develop backend services in Python (FastAPI) and frontend components in Vue.js (Vue 3), collaborating with product owners and architects.

You will work within a cross-functional team across Southeast Asia, tackling performance issues, architecture reviews, and scalable solutions that power cutting-edge in-vehicle

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience with Python (FastAPI).
Strong experience with Vue.js (Vue 3).
Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, repositories, pipelines).
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Git and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Fast API).
Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using Vue.js (Vue 3).
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance improvements.
