Join our core platform team to build high-impact features for a multilingual eCommerce and rewards system used across Asia — while growing your leadership skills in a supportive, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build scalablebackend servicesfor marketplace, membership flows, and performance-based bonus systems (e.g., PV, rebates, upgrades)
• Develop and maintainAPIs, microservices, and integrate with payment, logistics, and AI-powered modules
• Lead and guide asmall team of developers, sharing best practices and reviewing code
• Create responsivemobile + desktop UIfor member onboarding, shopping, and admin portals
• Ensuremulti-language, multi-currency, multi-region adaptabilitywith regulatory compliance
• Work closely with PMs, designers, and QA to deliver robust, user-focused solutions
• Participate in QA, deployment, and performance tuning processes

What We Looking For

• 4–6 years offull stack development experience
• Strong backend skills (e.g.,Node.js, Python, NestJS, Typescript, etc.) and frontend proficiency (React, React Native, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, etc.)
• Experience witheCommerce systems,bonus logic, orMLM-style structures
• Familiarity withREST APIs, Git, AWS/ Alicloud, and DevOps workflows
• Bonus if you knowsecurity, bonus automation, ormulti-market architecture
• Open to occasional night support (e.g., urgent deployments or fixes) —you’ll be fairly compensated with time-off the next day.
• Leadership experience or a desire tostep into a team lead role
