About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer focusing on Internal Systems at Mindvalley, you will be instrumental in architecting and delivering robust internal tools and platforms that empower our teams to operate efficiently and scale effectively. Your expertise in modern web technologies will drive the evolution of our internal infrastructure, ensuring seamless workflows and optimal productivity across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Internal Platform Solutions: Design and implement scalable internal systems using Python backends and React frontends to streamline operations, automate workflows, and enhance team productivity.
• Lead Technical Strategy: Define and drive the technical roadmap for internal systems development, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency requirements.
• Optimize System Performance: Champion performance optimization initiatives for internal tools, focusing on reliability, scalability, and user experience to support growing organizational needs.
• Mentor and Collaborate: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams working on internal infrastructure, fostering innovation in operational tooling and system design.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce coding standards for internal systems, conduct code reviews, and ensure robust monitoring, logging, and maintenance of critical business tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive Full Stack Experience: 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in building enterprise‑grade internal systems and operational tools.
• Core Technology Proficiency:
  • Python: Strong expertise in backend development and system automation.
  • React: Deep understanding for building intuitive internal dashboards and administrative interfaces.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, database design, and system integration.
• Internal Systems Experience: Hands‑on experience building internal tools such as admin panels, workflow automation systems, reporting dashboards, and integration platforms.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with strong communication and leadership skills to work closely with various departments and understand their operational needs.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Elixir or Rust for high-performance system components and concurrent processing.
• Experience with conversational AI systems and intelligent automation platforms, including chatbot development and natural language processing integration.
• Experience with database optimization and data pipeline architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Background in system monitoring, logging, and operational analytics tools.
