• Lead a small team of developers to deliver project goals on time
• Design, build, and maintain frontend + backend systems for digital platforms
• Handle API integrations, third-party connections, and internal service communications
• Manage DevOps processes — including deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven improvements to enhance productivity
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and best development practices
• Collaborate with management to translate business needs into technical plans

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies (any modern framework accepted)
• Proficient in API design, third-party integration, and system interconnectivity
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
