Inter Island Group Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Architect to lead architecture and development of sophisticated Node.js and React.js applications in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.

You will own technical decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Strong API design, cloud, and DevOps experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; 6–8 years in full‑stack development.
• At least 2 years in a senior/lead capacity with architecture ownership.
• Expert Node.js and React.js skills with strong REST API design.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile environments and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of complex full‑stack apps using Node.js and React.js.
• Own technical decisions for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Serve as technical contact within Scrum team; guide sprint planning and feasibility.
• Drive coding standards, testing, and documentation across the team.
• Mentor junior/mid developers; perform code reviews and guidance.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs/microservices with robust frontend integration.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive agile practices within the team.
• Identify risks early; propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with DevOps for reliable deployments.
• Champion continuous improvement and evaluate emerging tech.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and IT governance.
