Job summary

Wood is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to support a major FPSO bid. You will lead all process engineering activities during the proposal phase, ensuring that the process design basis, technical solutions, and process deliverables are developed to client requirements, industry standards, and Wood's engineering practices.

You will coordinate with Engineering Management, Discipline Leads, Proposal Managers, and Client representatives to develop and maintain design basis, philosophies, criteria,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent accreditation is desirable.
• 10–15 years of relevant Oil & Gas, LNG, Offshore Production Facilities, or FPSO experiences.
• Previous involvement in FPSO project bids, proposals, FEED studies, and offshore project execution is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for FPSO bid and proposal development.
• Coordinate with Engineering Management, Discipline Leads, Proposal Managers, and Client representatives.
• Develop and maintain the process design basis, process philosophies, design criteria, and key process deliverables required for bid submission.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to process engineers involved in the proposal effort.
• Ensure process engineering activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
