Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality management in food industry.
• Familiar with FSSC22000, ISO22000, HACCP and GMP.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Food Act 1983 and Regulations 1985.

Responsibilities

• Write, implement, review and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Conduct quality checks for produce.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports.
