Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain implementation of Food Safety, Quality, HACCP, and Halal Management systems.
• Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance.
• Coordinate mock recalls and improve traceability systems.
• Train operators in food safety standards.
