CAVATER SDN BHD is seeking a senior mobile performance engineer to enhance a Flutter + native iOS/Android hybrid app. You will tackle startup time, frame rates, memory footprint, and energy consumption across legacy devices, working across the shared Flutter layer and native iOS components.

You will diagnose main thread blocks, optimize rendering pipelines, and coordinate with Android/QA teams to drive measurable performance gains.

Formación

• 5+ years of mobile development experience with native iOS and Flutter performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of ARC, RunLoop, GCD, and rendering pipelines.
• Experience diagnosing main thread blocking, memory leaks, and crashes on legacy devices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance optimization for Flutter & iOS hybrid app, improving startup time and frame rates.
• Diagnose and resolve main thread blocking, memory leaks, and crashes with focus on UX on legacy devices.
• Optimize Flutter widget rendering, decoding/cache, and long lists to reduce jank.
• Streamline Flutter-native iOS interop, platform views, and 3rd-party SDK integrations.
• Establish production performance metrics and regression testing on real devices.
• Collaborate with Android, QA, and product engineering teams to reduce regression risks.
