Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (Asia)

Regional FP&A Oversight: Report remotely to the FP&A Lead in the Philippines and oversee closing, forecasting, and budgeting for Asia plants.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports; conduct variance and sensitivity analyses for management insights.

Business Partnering: Provide financial advice to support decision-making, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Systems & Process Management: Support finance systems (LRP, Hyperion), ensure intercompany data alignment, and conduct user training across Asia.

Strategic & Ad-hoc Support: Prepare market and long‑range planning analyses and support special projects or regional accounting tasks as required.
