ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Finance Analyst you will be providing critical analytical support to financial processes and drive strategic value for the Graphics Solutions (GRS), while proactively managing commercial risks. This role acts as a primary finance partner to the GRS Commercial team for AMEA, ensuring that strategic objectives are met while supporting the Strategic, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecast processes, and key business projects including regional projects. This role provides valuable experience and cross-functional interaction with senior leadership and sales/marketing teams, offering excellent learning opportunities. The day-to-day activities of a Senior Finance Analyst are diverse and require a blend of financial acumen and business partnering skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams of the GRS business, providing data-driven, strategic insights to drive profitable topline growth and market share expansion.
  • Commercial Performance & Portfolio Analytics
    • Assist in the tracking, reporting, and analysis of commercial performance.
    • Build, maintain, and streamline complex financial models to support critical business initiatives, and conduct in-depth profitability analyses across product lines, customer segments, and regions to identify margin improvement opportunities.
  • Core Financial Cycles & Closing
    • Support cross-functional teams by delivering accurate, timely financial data for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles, as well as the dynamic rolling forecasting process.
  • Process Automation & Modernization
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, focusing on utilizing AI and the total elimination of obsolete reporting in favor of automated, consolidated, and simplified business intelligence (BI) / Google Cloud solutions.
  • Corporate Governance
    • Participate in ongoing divisional initiatives related to internal controls, SoX guidelines, ethics and values, corporate culture change, and OGSM alignment
  • Proactive Cost & Pricing Monitoring
    • Closely monitor cost fluctuations driven by inflation/deflation and forex, partnering closely with sales & product management teams to drive pricing actions given the last reference market communications.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics & Finance, paired with 4–7 years of experience in a medium to large size manufacturing company (ideally within a dynamic, multinational finance environment with a proven ability to successfully collaborate with professionals across diverse functional levels and cultural backgrounds).
  • Financial Acumen & Analytical Skills:
    • A solid understanding of financial principles, sharp data-driven financial modeling capabilities, and strong proficiency in managing and interpreting large datasets to identify underlying trends and deliver precise variance analysis.
  • Communication & Business Narrative Craft:
    • A natural talent for translating complex financial models and data points into clear, accessible business narratives for non-finance partners, backed by strong oral, visual presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Systems & Continuous Improvement Expertise:
    • Advanced expertise in Google Workspace tools (specifically Google Sheets/Slides) and/or MS Office Excel.
    • Experience and knowledge of enterprise financial systems (Oracle, Cognos, Appscripts), functional knowledge of US GAAP and SoX guidelines, and familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies (CPA or CMA certifications considered a plus) are highly valued.
  • Self-Management & Initiative:
    • A proactive, independent self-starter mentality capable of maintaining high accuracy while meeting strict divisional deadlines under pressure.
