Job summary

A financial consulting company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Financial Performance Partner to ensure financial integrity and smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in finance, relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Responsibilities include financial analysis, report generation, and project reconciliation.

We're seeking a top‑notch professional to help us maintain the highest standard of financial integrity and ensure that our business operations are always running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Performs duties in support of daily Process, to include a reconciliation of projects/accounts, review, and analysis of monthly financial data.
  • Responsible for various financial functions such as analysis, monthly and quarterly corporation performance review, overhead cost review, and Sale team profitability.
  • Prepares and maintains performance sheets of sales, costs, and profit & loss.
  • Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments, including, reconciliation, summary, and analytical skills.
  • Organized and detailed with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate appropriately.
  • Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
  • Performs all other related assignment / projects as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, prefer in stockbroking / financial industry.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task.
  • Able to start immediately / in a short notice period is an added advantage.
