Job summary

Job description

Key partner to sites/business unit controller

Job Responsibilities

• Monthly financial closing task (eg. Cost/inventory analysis, calculation of provision, allocation keys) to support global management reporting
• Involve in forecasting cycle & ensure timely forecast submission
• Analysis of cost details, actual vs FC gap analysis
• Support creation and maintenance of cost centers and internal order, including maintenance of CO closing cycle
• Leading/Supporting migration projects
• Involve in monthly intercompany charge out based on SLA
• Initiate/Support process improvement through ESSA (eg. standardization, automation)

This position is located at Georgetown, Penang

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent

Audit or accounting or controlling experience 3 - 5 years

Required Skills: Power BI and SAP (CO module) - is an added advantage

Good to have: Plant, audit, or budget/forecasting experience

Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration
