Responsibilities

• Manage and support strategic and transformation programs/projects that impact Finance.
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross‑functional teams, and assigned workstream leads to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for new initiatives.
• Demonstrate high‑level management and leadership skills.
• Engage in definition of project scope and objectives collaboratively with relevant stakeholders and drive alignment in program deliverables and timeline.
• Drive program execution with cross‑functional groups ensuring timelines are met.
• Display conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills to deliver quality results within set timeframe.
• Proactively identify issues and risks that may impact the on‑time delivery of tasks and deliverables.
• Provide recommendations to address issues, risks, and other challenges.
• Regularly communicate with finance leadership on project status, escalating for key decisions or support.
• Participate in proactive resource planning and change management.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, and trainings as needed.
• Promote continual learning and drive a continuous process improvement mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field of study.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (desired).
• Change Management Certification (a plus).
• Six Sigma Certification (a plus).
