A multinational hardware company in Senai JB is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with MFRS and tax regulations, and manage both internal and external audits. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Finance, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in ERP software. Handles full set of accounts, managing the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes for the Company. Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
Prepare all financial and management reports in the area of budget development, revenue forecasting and performance evaluation on a monthly basis. Prepare annual financial statements for the Company.
Conduct regular financial analysis, including variance analysis and cash flow forecasting.
Prepare GST and Income Tax Returns. Ensure compliance with Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including corporate tax, withholding tax, and SST.
Liaise with tax advisors on transfer pricing matters and manage ongoing transfer pricing compliance. Ensure proper documentation of intercompany transactions and maintain records for transfer pricing purposes.
Manage tax filings and audits. Drive the implementation of e-Invoicing for the Malaysia subsidiary, ensuring compliance with the IRBMs requirements and timelines. Develop and implement internal processes and controls related to e-Invoicing. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and SGX listing rules (if applicable).
Manage cash flows, including forecasting, optimizing working capital, and ensuring sufficient liquidity. Oversee and manage bank accounts and facilities.
Manage both internal and external financial audits of the company. Coordinate with external auditors and internal auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Develop and enhance company policies, workflow procedures and fiscal policy and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate, legal, accounting and operational requirements.
