Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to oversee full-spectrum finance operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong costing background and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. You will manage finance functions including accounting, costing, treasury, cash flow, and budgeting while ensuring statutory compliance and internal controls. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for liaising with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CFA or MIA membership is a plus.
• Experience with tax planning is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall finance functions including accounting, costing, treasury, and cash flow.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
