Join Honeywell as a Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) and play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to the business. You will be responsible for overseeing sales, finance, working capital, management reporting, forecasting, and planning, and for providing insights to the business and leadership team. Through cross‑functional collaboration, you will drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Finance Director in managing the full P&L, ensuring healthy margins and cost control.
  • Partner with APACI leadership on management reporting of key financial metrics.
  • Ensure FP&A reporting deliverables are met.
  • Govern working capital and free cash flow performance.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive financial performance and meet business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive growth and profitability.
  • Drive strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure the balance sheet is accurately maintained and reported.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Work with the global finance team to meet reporting deadlines and support system/process improvements.
Key Experience & Capabilities
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.
  • FP&A experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
