Manage annual budgeting and forecasting, and recommend improvements to cost structure and margin optimisation to drive profitability and cash flow.

Provide financial support and guidance to operational teams.

Lead and supervise the Finance team to build a collaborative and high‑performing work culture.

Handle ad‑hoc financial matters and participate in projects as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in a large audit firm, as well as in the property and/or retail industry, is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
