The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Accounting, along with relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA. With at least 8 years of experience, including 5 years specifically in accounting or auditing within the property development sector, this role demands strong analytical skills and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, as well as assisting in budgeting and cash flow management.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of related working experience.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/auditing experience in Property Developer industry.
• Proficient with financial management regulations and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering reports for management.
• Ensure effective business controllership and cost control.
• Monitor cash flow for subsidiaries.
• Assist in raising funds for projects.
• Ensure compliance with Group Tax Policies.
• Support Annual Budgeting process and project budgeting.
