Overview:

The Senior Manager in the Finance Department will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, reporting performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of Group Finance functions.

Manage the preparation of full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, balance sheet reconciliations, and tax-related matters.

Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.

Compile financial data and perform detailed analyses to support management decision-making.

Liaise closely with external auditors, Company Secretary, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely regulatory filings and compliance requirements are met.

Provide financial insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing overall financial performance.

Drive finance process improvements to strengthen efficiency, controls, and reporting quality.

Supervise, coach, and develop finance team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as and when required.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience; exposure to a professional services environment is an added advantage.

Strong proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
