As a Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, management reporting, forecasting & planning. Analyze financial data to provide insights to the business and leadership team. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Director to manage the full P&L, ensuring healthy margins and cost control.
• Partner with APACI leadership on management reporting key financial metrics.
• Ensure FP&A reporting deliverables are met.
• Govern working capital and free cash flow performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and meet business objectives.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive growth and profitability.
• Drive strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Ensure the balance sheet is accurately maintained and reported.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
• Work with the global finance team to meet reporting deadlines and support system/process improvements.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.
• FP&A experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
