Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain full sets of accounts for assigned entities.
  • Handle month‑end closings, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and assist in quarterly statutory submissions.
  • Support audit schedules and tax / GST filings.
  • Build and automate Excel templates or simple financial models.
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams on inter‑company transactions.

ClearSK Healthcare Pte Ltd operates the ClearSK group of clinics franchised aesthetic and wellness centers across Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur. As we expand into bio-regenerative healthcare and prepare for an IPO, we are strengthening our finance team. This entry-level role offers hands‑on exposure to group operations and AI‑enabled finance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain full sets of accounts for assigned entities.
  • Handle month‑end closings, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and assist in quarterly statutory submissions.
