Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing financial operations, with a strong focus on handling banking facilities and cash flow management, while ensuring compliance with financial policies and statutory regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company banking facilities (e.g. term loans, overdraft, revolving credit, bank guarantees, trade financing, etc.)
• Liaise and negotiate with bankers on banking facilities applications, renewals, and documentation
• Monitor and manage cash flow, bank balances, fund transfers, and repayment schedules
• Prepare and review cash flow forecasts, funding plans, and financing schedules
• Conduct financial analysis to support business funding decisions
• Maintain proper records of loan agreements, drawdowns, interest, and repayments
• Evaluate and recommend optimal financing structures and banking products
• Prepare periodic banking/funding reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with bank covenants, legal documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient fund allocation and utilisation
• Perform other corporate finance-related tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or banking-related roles
• Proven experience in managing bank facilities is required
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
