Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive who is meticulous, proactive, and eager to contribute to our fast-paced, innovative environment. This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of accounting functions, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, while also providing opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Professional Degree in Accounting.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Able to read and write Mandarin is a MUST as this incumbent requires to communicate with people from Taiwan and China.
• 4 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Good knowledge of accounting & internal controls requirements.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, meticulous, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Proven working experience as Senior Finance Executive.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience with US GAAP is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of accounting procedures.
• Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policies.
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.
• Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.
• To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
• Liaise with agencies on audit tax & company secretarial matter.
• To prepare and submit management report within datelines.
• Responsible for Finance operational matters & supervision of junior Finance staff.
