Role Summary
Implement finance/business process improvement and coordination of planning and forecasting processes.
Group Reporting Scope
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements in line with MFRS/IFRS and internal accounting policies.
- Monitor intercompany transactions, including balances, eliminations, and reconciliations, and prepare and maintain relevant working schedules to ensure reporting integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc financial analyses for management decision-making.
- Review and assess financial performance of overseas subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to local finance teams on accounting, reporting, and compliance matters.
- Provide insights to management on subsidiary financial health and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and group policies.
- Participate in cross-border projects, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Accounts
- Handle full set of accounts.
Oversea Subsidiaries Support
- Review and assess financial performance of overseas subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Previous audit experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
