  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve finance-related matters.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive with at least 5 years of hands‑on accounting and finance experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and capable of managing the full spectrum of finance operations while supporting process improvements and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Financial Reporting & Month‑End Close
    • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Perform month‑end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for management review.
  • 2. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Management
    • Oversee AP and AR processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
    • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with internal teams or customers when necessary.
  • 3. General Ledger & Reconciliation
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all entries.
  • 4. Inventory Management & Compliance
    • Responsible for inventory reconciliation, ensuring accuracy between system records and physical stock.
    • Ensure compliance with inventory processes and internal controls, including timely investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
    • Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to strengthen inventory governance and improve process efficiency.
  • 5. Taxation & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
    • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during interim and year‑end audits.
  • 6. Process Improvement & Internal Controls
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows.
    • Strengthen internal controls and promote best practices within the team.
  • 7. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with operations, sales, procurement, and other departments to resolve finance related matters.
    • Provide timely financial information and updates to management.
  • 8. Ad‑hoc Duties
    • Assist with financial analysis and special projects as required by management.
Qualification
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles; audit experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive team player with good communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
