Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage a full spectrum of accounting functions and support the financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities

Handle the full set of accounts, including profit computation, journal entries, and preparation of monthly management reports.

Prepare and process payments, including loan drawdowns and withdrawals from HDA/Project accounts.

Assist in updating budgets and cash flow projections to ensure accurate financial planning.

Support the preparation of tax computations and related documentation.

Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on annual audit and taxation matters.

Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the superior.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software; knowledge of AutoCount will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience; experience in the property development industry is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
