Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process.

Ensure all journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules are completed on time.

Conduct variance analysis on financial results and provide insights to management.

Assist in financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Support coordination with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities as required.

Assist in maintaining strong internal controls for finance process.

Bursa Announcements

Support the preparation of financial-related disclosures and announcements for Bursa Malaysia.

Assist in compiling financial data and ensuring timely submission in compliance with listing requirements.

Project Accounting

Assist in monitoring and tracking financial performance of projects.

Maintain the deferred revenue listing to ensure revenue recognition aligns with finance policy.

Support in analysing project costs, revenue recognition, and profitability.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to ensure sufficient funding for business operations.

Work with various departments to gather and validate budgetary data.

Coordinate with the Sales team to monitor and follow up on customer collections, ensuring clear communication and traceability.

Support cash flow forecasting and budgeting using updated collection data.

Ensure structured follow-up on overdue accounts, including timely reminders and escalation to relevant teams.

Assist in preparing documentation for Letters of Demand (LOD) and CTOS reporting, where applicable.

Withholding Tax (WHT) Compliance

Support assessment of payments to foreign vendors/partners to determine WHT applicability.

Coordinate with the Finance Operations team to ensure timely WHT payment and submission to the IRB in line with statutory deadlines.

Maintain proper records of WHT filings and supporting documentation for audit and tax compliance.
