We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated and detailed-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:-

Assist with the preparation of full set of accounts and monthly management reports

Responsible for daily accounting functions such as account payable and receivables, petty cash, cash flow, staff claim/commission payments, etc.

Perform accurate data posting for journal vouchers, payments, and receipts into the accounting system in accordance with the companies' policies and procedures

Maintain proper accounting records including bank reconciliation and documents control

Work closely and communicate with colleagues from other departments to obtain required information, resolve any discrepancies and provide finance related support

Liaise with external auditors for annual audit, tax agents, bankers and other relevant stakeholders as required

Undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time

Job Requirement:-

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance. A certified professional or pursuing to be one (eg. ACCA, CPA or equivalent) would be an added advantage

At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.

Good communication and analytical skills

Flexible in relation to working hours, especially at month-end and year-end closing
