JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Maintain and update accounting records and systems
  • Prompt submission of financial statements, inter-company reconciliation, balance sheet analysis and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare analysis of the monthly performance of the business
  • Prepare standard tax schedule
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and accounting standards
  • Liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audits
  • Update Department Operations Manual (the department is ISO certified)
  • Compilation and review of annual budget
  • Conduct annual stock take and asset verification
  • Support the department projects such as eInvoicing implementation and other system improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and/or related accounting professional qualifications (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA, CPA, CIMA).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in audit and/or accounting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
