Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a professional Accounting qualification is required.

a) Accounting Operations : Managing AP, AR, GL, payroll and month-end closing processes.

b) Compliance and Control : Ensuring adherence to accounting standards (like IFRS/MFRS), tax laws (E-Invoicing and SST), company policies and maintaining strong internal controls.

c) Budgeting & Forecasting : Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring actuals vs budget and performing variance analysis.

d) Financial Reporting : Preparing and reviewing project accounting and cash flows, monthly/periodic financial statements, management accounts, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.

e) Stakeholder Liaison : Liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and internal teams (Technical Solutioning, Service Delivery and Business Support).

f) Process Improvement : Identifying and implementing enhancements to finance processes for greater efficiency and reliability.

Experience and Skills

a) A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or professional Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA)

b) 3 – 5 years working experience in accounting and/or finance related field.

c) Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

d) Excellent planning, organizing, and time-management abilities.

e) Clear communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.

f) Flexible and adaptive to changes in business requirements and working environment.

g) Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
