Senior Finance Analyst (Product Supply FP&A)

Senior Finance Analyst (Product Supply FP&A) is responsible for the following predefined areas within SEA, involving:

  • Cost Update, Cost Rolled Up
  • Spare Parts Management
  • Inventory adjustment
  • Ad hoc Financial Studies with Product Supply Department
You will play an important role to:
  • Assist in costing job functions, including cost roll-ups, cost updates, AP simulation, etc.
  • Handle inventory approval and upload inventory adjustments in the system.
  • Assist in all matters related to spare parts management, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Assist in year‑end stock count activities.
  • Assist in product supply expenses analysis to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide support to product supply stakeholders.
  • Assist in internal and external audit requests.
  • Assist in any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by a superior.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant discipline
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in managing cost accounting/product supply controlling functions
  • Product costing, inventory management, stock reconciliation, variance analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of SAP/Oracle system is preferred
