Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst with proven experience in FP&A, you will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, planning, and ERP implementation. You will collaborate across teams to enhance operations and drive financial performance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and identify key trends and variances.
- Develop mid‑month forecasts and quarterly reports to support business planning.
- Conduct KPI‑driven variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to management.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting packages to headquarters.
- Lead the annual planning and quarterly budgeting processes, including internal reviews.
- Consolidate monthly operating performance and prepare KPI reports for leadership.
- Analyze revenue and gross margin by customer, product, and pricing to support profitability.
- Drive ERP system implementation, focusing on Budget Planning & Control modules.
- Enhance Finance SOPs and monitor investment and incentive‑related spending.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Skills and Competencies Profile
- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA required.
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A and group accounting roles.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
- Experience with implementing ERP systems and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Energetic and focused on delivering high‑quality results.
