Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst with proven experience in FP&A, you will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, planning, and ERP implementation. You will collaborate across teams to enhance operations and drive financial performance.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and identify key trends and variances.
  • Develop mid‑month forecasts and quarterly reports to support business planning.
  • Conduct KPI‑driven variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting packages to headquarters.
  • Lead the annual planning and quarterly budgeting processes, including internal reviews.
  • Consolidate monthly operating performance and prepare KPI reports for leadership.
  • Analyze revenue and gross margin by customer, product, and pricing to support profitability.
  • Drive ERP system implementation, focusing on Budget Planning & Control modules.
  • Enhance Finance SOPs and monitor investment and incentive‑related spending.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Skills and Competencies Profile
  • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA required.
  • 5–8 years of experience in FP&A and group accounting roles.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
  • Experience with implementing ERP systems and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
