Job description

Responsibilities

• Able to handle full set of accounts including preparation cash flow, general ledger transactions, reconciliation and other related matter of accounting.
• Handle payment process for account payable and account receivable.
• Liaising with clients and external parties.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts during month end or year end.
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
• Handle Corporate & Banking matters.
• Supervise and daily transaction updates into the system.
• Daily accounting function as other related accounting task assigned.
• Supervise and provide guidance to fellow team members, reviews the work of the team members (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliations, bank reconciliation, account payable and receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, debt activity, recording revenue and expenses, etc.)
• Explains work instructions to others, adapting guidelines to the assignment as necessary.
• Provide assistance and training to others in the work unit.
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.
