Job summary

A manufacturing company in Ulu Tiram is seeking a Senior Facility Maintenance Specialist. The role involves servicing machinery, maintaining company facilities, and supporting production and logistics. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance and a proactive work attitude. Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintenance of machines, equipment, vehicles, and related tools.
• Upkeep of office buildings, security post, worker dormitories, and machinery.
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for maintenance work.

Senior Facility Maintenance Specialist (Manufacturing)

Machining, Coating & Logistics Operations

Execute daily tasks related to Machining, Coating, and Logistics operations, including:

• Servicing and maintenance of machines, equipment, vehicles, and related tools.

Facility Maintenance Operations

Carry out daily maintenance activities for company facilities, such as:

• Upkeep of office buildings, including but not limited to the security post, worker dormitories, machinery, tools, and other equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors to perform repair and maintenance work for facilities, machinery, and tools.
• Handle installations, scheduled servicing, and repair tasks related to office infrastructure, machines, and equipment.
• Ensure all company facilities, machines, and equipment adhere to applicable legal and safety standards.

Production & Logistics Support

Assist in daily production and logistics functions, including:

• Supporting activities such as product assembly, packaging, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Operating production machines following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands‑on experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems is an added advantage.
