• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and equipment issues

• Reduce equipment downtime and improve machine reliability
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors
• Support production with technical guidance and on-the-job training
• Manage daily equipment operations and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with vendors on repairs, upgrades, and improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• 3–6 years hands‑on experience in equipment or facility maintenance (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience in leading or supervising maintenance teams
• Able to communicate in Malay, Mandarin, and English (Mandarin & English used for daily work communication)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
• Willing to be on-call during weekends (OT or time‑off will be provided)
