Electrical Systems Operation & Maintenance
- Transformers, switchgear, MSBs and DBs
- Backup power systems (generators, UPS, batteries)
- Lighting, small power, and grounding systems
- Monitor and analyze electrical load trends and power quality.
- Ensure electrical systems’ uptime and reliability through effective preventive maintenance.
- Oversee preliminary engineering activities based on equipment layout and production plans, ensuring smooth transition to the design and execution phases.
- Support and verify procurement and execution phases to maintain quality and scope as defined in project documentation.
- Provide technical recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Perform root cause analysis for power interruptions or equipment failures.
Electrical Project & Technical Support
- Plan and execute electrical system modifications, extensions, or new installations.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work for electrical-related projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure work quality and compliance.
- Conduct testing and commissioning for new or upgraded systems.
Electrical Energy Management
- Monitor electricity consumption and identify energy‑saving opportunities.
- Support implementation of Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulations 2008 (EMEER) requirements.
- Conduct load balancing and power optimization studies.
Electrical EHS Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols during facility operations, renovations, and project execution to maintain a safe working environment.
- Safety and PPE follow‑up and compliance.
Mechanical Systems Operation & Maintenance
- Chiller plant, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
- Compressed air and vacuum systems
- Plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems
- Ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Coordinate calibration and servicing of mechanical equipment.
- Oversee preliminary engineering activities based on equipment layout and production plans, ensuring smooth transition to the design and execution phases.
- Support and verify procurement and execution phases to maintain quality and scope as defined in project documentation.
- Provide technical recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Mechanical Project & Technical Support
- Support installation, modification, and upgrading of mechanical systems.
- Review design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure work complies with safety and quality standards.
Mechanical EHS Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local codes and standards (e.g., BOMBA, DOSH).
- Support facility audits and inspections.
- Ensure all maintenance works follow safety procedures and permit‑to‑work (PTW) systems.
Mechanical Energy Management
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve chiller plant and HVAC efficiency.
- Monitor mechanical systems’ energy and water consumption.
- Support sustainability and green building initiatives.
