Job description

As a Senior Executive, Sustainability, you will play a key role in driving Duopharma Biotech’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. You will support the Sustainability Department in planning, coordinating, and executing sustainability initiatives across the organization in alignment with our corporate commitments and ESG roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor ESG initiatives and performance metrics aligned with Duopharma Biotech’s sustainability strategy and roadmap.

Act as the focal point and document controller for all ESG-related data and records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with assurance requirements.

Coordinate performance data submissions from relevant departments, verify and analyze data, and prepare monthly performance reports.

Support the design and execution of ESG-related training programmes for Greenbook employees, including content development and delivery.

Lead and manage ESG-related projects (e.g., biodegradable plastics initiative) — monitor progress, consolidate data, and coordinate departmental targets.

Organize and execute ESG awareness programmes such as DUO4WARENESS and World Cleanup Day, including engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in the development and publication of the Annual Sustainability Report and support external ESG assessments (e.g., FTSE4Good) through gap analysis and data coordination.

Collaborate with various departments to strengthen company-wide sustainability initiatives at both company and group levels.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental management.

Prior experience in ESG reporting, data management, or sustainability projects will be an advantage.

Solid understanding of sustainability and ESG principles.

Strong analytical, coordination, and data management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
